1. Shipment Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Standard Shipping: We offer Free Shipping across India on all orders (or mention your condition, e.g., Free Shipping on orders above ₹499).

Delivery Time: It usually takes 4-7 business days for delivery depending upon your location.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Damages If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at jumperia77@gmail.com with an unboxing video and photos of the product, and we will arrange a replacement for you.
